Such an amazing dog that has enriched and no doubt lengthened my life. A bit standoffish at first, she has warmed up to me and Eileen a lot in five years. Sometimes, she still thinks she is a puppy and curls up in her tiny puppy bed. Other times, she is the Master of the Universe in the field and struts as if field trials were a bit of fluff beneath her.
Very good dog so far with potential to be a great dog. Still “sight trails” and doesn’t use her nose, but usually brings them home. Long line of exemplary predecessors ahead of her, Zucker, Tinker, and of course ‘Becca. Time will tell. Love ya Ruby!
