Jim Mullen is a native of the South Texas brush country and understands what is important in ranch acquisition, development and management. A 1975 graduate of Texas A&M with a B.S. in Wildlife Management, Jim applied his degree while managing ranches in Zavala and Atascosa counties. After receiving a MAg. in Range-Wildlife in 1985, also from A&M, Jim began consulting in wildlife management and ranch development. Currently on retainer to several ranches in South Texas as a consulting biologist, Jim also works in the real estate field, advising clients in the acquisition and development of hunting ranches.
