Jim Mullen is a native of the South Texas brush country and understands what is important in ranch sales, acquisition, development, and management. A 1975 graduate of Texas A&M with a B.S. in Wildlife Management, Jim applied his degree while managing ranches in Zavala and Atascosa counties. After receiving a M.A. in Range-Wildlife in 1985, also from A&M, Jim began consulting in wildlife management and ranch development. Having actively consulted on wildlife/ranch management in South Texas the past 35 years, Jim applies his knowledge and experience to selling ranches for clients or representing buyers looking for that special ranch project.
