Douglas Adams once wrote, “We live in strange times” and indeed we do. I never thought I would show a ranch sitting alone in my truck, but the Corona Virus has made that a reality. Easy really, I get the gate and the client follows me in his truck and we talk over the hands-free, stopping to discuss points of interest. Wave goodbye at the gate and go our separate ways. Strange way to sell a ranch and I hope we return to “normal” soon.
